Excellent Location
quiet street helpful staff good location
The hotel sits on a quiet street near the river. I found many shops and restaurants within walking distance, this was very convenient. The staff was super helpful and accommodating to several requests.
The pillows had a weird smell so I had to ask for other replacements.

The breakfast includes a part buffet and a hot made-to-order option. The hotel location is near a street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The subway station is so near too.

Staff was cute. They opened the breakfast room a bit early for us on days. This allowed us to start early for a day trip. They are very friendly and professional too.

great stay near kelvin river
easy check-in clean room modern bathroom
i stayed near oran mor after attending a function, it was a great decision. i found the online check-in easy and quick. the receptionist was pleasant and efficient upon my arrival. i appreciated the clean room and modern bathroom. the bed offered great comfort.
the street parking isn't free during daytime hours, so i needed to keep an eye on the time.

convenient location easy access comfortable bed faulty hairdryer unusable tv missing setup
The subway station was right across from the hotel. it made traveling around the city very simple. many places to eat were very close (i especially liked the variety). the bed was super comfortable. I slept really well each night.
the hairdryer in the room worked only half the time. i couldn't seem to get it going consistently. the tv in the room was not set up when i arrived. i was not able to use it.

attentive service tidy room public transport
The staff provided superb, attentive service. My room offered tidy, well kept spaces. Access to public transport was convenient. The subway stop was quite close.

friendly receptionist comfy bed expensive parking narrow stairs
the receptionist was helpful and very friendly. the room was large with a comfy bed! the following day, the breakfast was great with a buffet to start with and a full cooked breakfast.
Parking costs a fortune, you have to download an app to pay. i wish i had known that the hotel didn't have an elevator. Our room was on the third floor. the stairs are narrow.

convenient location comfortable room
the location is very convenient, close to buses and the subway. my room was clean and quite comfortable. the staff made check-in seamless and easy.
the pillows in my room had a strange smell. it was similar to stale cheesy socks. i requested replacements, but the new pillows smelled the same.
